What age group are they for? +
While the cards were designed keeping ages 3 to 7 in mind, we have had parents use them for older children too.
How do we use the cards? +

Pick one card at a time. That’s it. Start with reading the animal fact related to the activity, then
the activity. The animal facts make the cards even more fun.
You can use them:
● before bedtime
● after a meltdown
● during quiet time
● when travelling
● or just as a daily ritual
No rules, no sequence. Follow your child’s mood

How long does each activity take? +

Most activities take 1 to 3 minutes.
Short enough to hold attention, long enough to make a difference.

Are the cards easy to use? +

The instructions are very easy to follow. Nothing elaborate - just simple words.
The cards are colour coded according to their use: emotional regulation, body awareness,focus, sensory, kindness and gratitude/self-love.

My child is very active. Will they sit and do this? +
